Ninja Looting - Taking Items from a boot or vehicle without sufficient roleplay/reason. such as seeing a car at the smeltery and removing the contents of the boot, and leaving without communicating.

Disagree, you should be able to rob anything you find in the sewers, otherwise you’re just going down there to KOS.
